New Student Application Process
1. The first step in our admissions process is to schedule your personal school tour or attend TCA Open House Event. To set up a tour please contact Lori Beth Belk at 901-475-4990 or lbbelk@tiptonchristianacademy.com .
2. After your school tour, should you choose to move forward with seeking admission, you will create a ParentsWeb account and complete a Student Application. There will be a one-time, non-refundable, $25.00 new student application fee.
3. Once your Student Application is submitted, someone from our Admissions Office will contact you to schedule any further testing, if required.
The following documents are required before a new student application can be processed: birth certificate, current shot record on the TN state form, and a copy of the most recent/last report card (for students entering 1st-12th grade). These documents can be uploaded to the online Application, brought to the school in person, faxed to us at 901-475-4930, or emailed to lbbelk@tiptonchristianacademy.com.
4. After the application process is complete, an Enrollment offer will be emailed. The Enrollment Packet is completed online and finalizes a student's placement at Tipton Christian Academy. A FACTS account (student financial account) will be created in the online Enrollment Packet. This establishes the link between Tipton Christian Academy and a banking institution. Once the Enrollment Packet is submitted, the Enrollment Fee will be drafted from the FACTS account approximately 7-10 business days after submission.
