Eagle Care

Any student enrolled in TCA from 2K through 5th grade is eligible for enrollment in the Eagle Care program. Eagle Care offers a structured variety of recreation and homework time. The program also offers a daily snack for students. Eagle Care is designed for PreK through 5th grade students; however, older siblings will be accepted. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for registration and transportation. The hours of operation are 2:45 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. Monday through Friday when school is in session. Parents and/or guardians
arriving later than 5:45 p.m. for pickup will be assessed an additional fee of $10.00 for every 15 minutes or part thereof, beginning promptly at 5:46 p.m. Each child will be charged a $30.00 registration fee through his/her FACTS account for Eagle Care after the student enrollment form has been submitted. Each week your child’s fees will be posted to the FACTS accounting system under the After School Care section. Eagle Care will NOT be open on school holidays or on days that school is dismissed at 11:15 or other circumstances that call for school to be dismissed early.

DETAILED EAGLE CARE HOURS AND FEES:

PreK-5 th grade (may include older siblings as well) - 2:45-5:45 p.m. 

Attendance plan options available for the Eagle Care program are as follows:

Plan A: Full-time attendance 4-5 days/week with pick up by 4:00 PM -- $35/week
Plan B: Full-time attendance 4-5 days/week with pick up by 5:45 PM -- $65/week
Plan C: Part-time attendance 1-3 days/week with pick up by 4:00 PM -- $20/week
Plan D: Part-time attendance 1-3 days/week with pick up by 5:45 PM -- $45/week

*For those children who do not need to stay in Eagle Care on a regular basis, there is an option to drop in on an as-needed basis. The fee for drop-in care is $20/day.
