New Student Application Process
1. The first step in our admissions process is to schedule your personal school tour or attend TCA Open House Event. To set up a tour please contact Lori Beth Belk at 901-475-4990 or firstname.lastname@example.org .
2. After your school tour, should you choose to move forward with seeking admission, you will create a ParentsWeb account and complete a Student Application.
3. Once your Student Application is submitted, someone from our Admissions Office will contact you to schedule any further testing, if required.
The following documents are required before a new student application can be processed: birth certificate, current shot record on the TN state form, and a copy of the most recent/last report card (for students entering 1st-12th grade). These documents can be uploaded in the online Application, brought to the school in person, faxed to us at 901-475-4930, or emailed to email@example.com.
4. After the application process is complete, an Enrollment offer will be emailed. The Enrollment Packet is completed online and finalizes a student's placement at Tipton Christian Academy. A FACTS account (student financial account) will be created in the online Enrollment Packet. This establishes the link between Tipton Christian Academy and a banking institution. Once the Enrollment Packet is submitted, the Enrollment Fee will be drafted from the FACTS account approximately 7-10 business days after submission.
