New Student Admissions Process


1. The first step in our admissions process is to create a ParentsWeb account and complete a Student Application. 

2. Once your Application is submitted, someone from our Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a school tour, parent interview, and/or admissions testing*, if required. (*Admissions testing is required for all new-to-TCA students entering K-12th Grade who are transferring from a home school setting or nonaccredited academic institution.  Testing may also be required for any student at the discretion of Tipton Christian Academy.)   

The following documents are required before a new student application can be processed: birth certificate, current shot record on the TN State form & physical exam, and a copy of the most recent/last report card (for students entering 1st-12th Grade).  These documents can be uploaded in the online Application, brought to the school in person, faxed to us at 901-475-4930, or emailed to  

3. After the Application process is complete, an Enrollment offer will be emailed. The Enrollment packet is completed online and finalizes a student's placement at Tipton Christian Academy.  A FACTS account (student financial account) will be created in the Enrollment packet.  This establishes the link between Tipton Christian Academy and a banking institution.  Once the Enrollment packet is submitted, the Enrollment Fee will be drafted from the FACTS account approximately 7-10 business days after submission.
